While intervening because the woman's dog was not on a leash, a patrolman overturned the pram and the 16-month-old boy inside it fell to the ground. The CPI Byty company, which owns the residential hotel, previously announced it would be shutting the building down today. Last Friday police charged three men aged 17, 18 and 39 with Horvath's murder.
